The posture is daring, it's like she's saying "come closer, buuut...I'm not available". The choice of this faded black and white makes it look even more retro. But if the photographer wanted to emphasize this, the clothing(shirt) should have been replaced with something else, so she should pay a little more attention to the details.
The way the photographer blurred the non-interest zones proves an experience in technique and editing, and the composition is quite balanced. Mayb e the leg in the left of the photo shouldn't be there, there's something wrong with the lower side of the picture...But apart from that, beautiful!
